This is our 15th Annual Miss Oysterfest Scholarship Pageant, it is open for girls ages 2-19 from all over Texas. The following age groups with the following costs will apply. You do not have to live in Rockport to join the pageant. The winner of the Miss Oysterfest in the 15-19 age group will receive a Scholarship of $1000.00 payable upon completion of her reign. We are very excited to be continue this tradition under new leadership!
In order to apply, we need you to print or fill out the form below and it will get it emailed to us. If you choose the online application you will receive an email where you can pay the entry fee online through PayPal. If you print the form out and wish to turn it in you can call 979-332-1308 to get information on how to turn it in.

15 – 19 years ............................................................Miss Oysterfest - $160.00 - Starts at 3:30-4:00 p.m. - - arrive at 12:00

For ages 15-19 in Miss OYSTERFEST, the information BELOW will be read to the judges, before the pageants starts. All that will be read on stage of the information will be the following:
Contestants arrive at 12:00 - We will do a full run through of the show from 12:15 - 1:15 after the run through you will have time to get ready for interview. You may arrive in comfortable clothes!
Judges Interview - Interviews will begin at 2:00 and will run by contestant number. Contestant bio is read to the judges panel prior to their interview. Interviews are 5 minutes long. Contestants will be allowed to wear an interview outfit of their choice or they can interview in their fun fashion if they choose to.
Pageant will start at 3:30 pm!!
Fun Fashion - Contestant name & Number will be read. (Fun outfit of their choice that represents them.)
Introduction Of Contestants - Girls will say a short intro for themselves - this is not scored! Introductions will take place in Fun Fashion.
Evening Gown - Contestant name - Age - and her parents name and bio. (Evening Gown)
On Stage Question - TOP 5 ONLY - This is the last opportunity to show the judges the personality of the contestant and why they should be selected as Miss Oysterfest.
For ages 2-14 age groups in the Daytime pageant, the information on their bio sheets will be read when they are on stage. THEY WILL WEAR ONE OUTFIT- THEIR EVENING GOWN or dress of your choice.
With the restrictions on the venue, we will need the girls to come ready hair and face done before arriving. We would prefer them to come dressed if possible. If you are not able to arrive dressed please make arrangements with the director prior to the pageant. TINY & LITTLE MISS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ONE PARENT BACK STAGE. If there is an emergency pageant staff will come out to the audience to grab a parent.
We will have backstage assistance for our Junior - Miss Divisions.
The girls for the 2-14 year age groups, will only be wearing one outfit and will be judged on Stage Presence, Poise and Confidence, Attire & Overall. We will crown the winners at the end of each hour for the perspective age groups. We ask if your candidate is the overall winner that they are present for the remaining divisions.
During the day, the girls will enter the stage from backstage center. They will then walk in a universal circle followed by the shape of the letter T. After completing the T formation, the 2-3-year-old participants will exit the stage. The 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, and 12-14 age groups will complete the T formation and stop at center stage. At that point, each participant will be asked a question based on the details provided on their entry form. This is not a scored interview but rather an opportunity for the judges to observe their personality.
