This is our 14th Annual Miss Oysterfest Scholarship Pageant, it is open for girls ages 2-19 from all over Texas. The following age groups with the following costs will apply. You do not have to live in Rockport to join the pageant. The winner of the Miss Oysterfest in the 15-19 age group will receive a Scholarship of $1000.00 payable when she starts her first year of college. We are very excited to be continue this tradition under new leadership!

In order to apply, we need you to print or fill out the form below and it will get it emailed to us. If you choose the online application you will receive an email where you can pay the entry fee online through PayPal. If you print the form out and wish to turn it in you can call 361-463-1268 to get information on how to turn it in.

All judges come from out of town and will not know any contestants. We want to make sure it is fair and partial for every girl. We have ran the Miss Oysterfest pageant fairly for the last 12 years and we are proud to see how far it has come. Please spread the word to all of your friends.

2-3 years ............................................................Tiny Miss Oysterfest - $95.00 - Starts at 9:30 a.m. - arrive at 9:00

4-6 years ...........................................................Little Miss Osyterfest - $95.00 - Starts at 9:30 a.m. - arrive at 9:00

7-9 Years.................................................................Junior Miss Oysterfest - $100.00 Starts at 10:30 a.m. - arrive at 10:00

10-11 years .....................................................Young Miss Oysterfest - $100.00 - Starts at 10:30 a.m. - arrive at 10:00

12-14 years .....................................................Teen Miss Oysterfest - $120.00 - Starts at 11:30 p.m. - arrive at 11:00

15 – 19 years ............................................................Miss Oysterfest - $160.00 - Starts at 3:30-4:00 p.m. - - arrive at 12:00

This year, we’re shifting the Miss Oysterfest schedule forward by four hours to finish earlier. Our goal is to wrap up by 6 PM, followed by a celebratory dinner for all the winners across each age group. The pageant will cover meals for the winners, while any additional guests will need to cover their own. The dinner location will be announced the week before the event.

For ages 15-19 in Miss OYSTERFEST, the information BELOW will be read to the judges, before the pageants starts. All that will be read on stage of the information will be the following:

Contestants arrive at 12:00 - We will do a full run through of the show from 12:15 - 1:15 after the run through you will have time to get ready for interview. You may arrive in comfortable clothes!

Judges Interview - Interviews will begin at 2:30 and will run by contestant number. Contestant bio is read to the judges panel prior to their interview. Interviews are 3 minutes long. Contestants will be allowed to wear an interview outfit of their choice or they can interview in their casual wear.

Pageant will start at 3:30 pm sharp this year!!

Casual wear - Contestant name & Number will be read. (Cute & Casual outfit of their choice)

Introduction Of Contestants - Girls will say a short intro for themselves - this is not scored! (In the same cute and casual outfit)

Evening Gown - Contestant name - Age - and her parents name. (Evening Gown)

For ages 2-14 age groups in the Daytime pageant, the information on their bio sheets will be read when they are on stage. THEY WILL WEAR ONE OUTFIT- THEIR EVENING GOWN or dress of your choice.

With the restrictions on the venue, we will need the girls to come ready hair and face done before arriving. We would prefer them to come dressed if possible. If you are not able to arrive dressed please make arrangements with the director prior to the pageant. TINY & LITTLE MISS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ONE PARENT BACK STAGE. If there is an emergency pageant staff will come out to the audience to grab a parent.

We will have backstage assistance for our Junior - Miss Divisions.

The girls for the 2-14 year age groups, will only be wearing the one outfit and will be judged on Stage Presence, Personality, Outfit & Overall. We will crown the winners at the end of each hour for the perspective age groups.

The girls during the day will walk out from back stage center. They will then walk the universal circle, and then the letter T. When the 2-3 year olds finish the letter T they will exit the stage. The 4-6 , 7-9 - 10-12 and 12-14 will walk the and finish the T they will stop in the from stage center. Then they will be asked a question based on the information you put on their entry form. It's not a scored interview, it's just there to keep them on the stage longer and to show some of their personality.
